AllWorldIT - Refund & Cancellation Policy
AllWorldIT is a world-wide leader in Web Hosting and Internet Solutions.
This policy document applies to all individuals, businesses, organizations, resellers, and end-clients (collectively, "users") employing any AllWorldIT services, hardware, property or other products.
1. Cancellation Policy
- 1.1. Account cancellations must be submitted by the billing account / credit card holder to our sales department online using a) the customer billing portal cancellation feature found on https://service.iitsp.com; or b) by logging a ticket to our sales department using our helpdesk interface https://servicedesk.iitsp.com; or c) by logging a ticket by sending an email to sales@allworldit.com.
- 1.2. Should the cancellation request be submitted in any manner other than using the customer billing portal, you will be required to verify your identity using the customer PIN code or a certified copy of your identity document and certified copy of proof of address.
- 1.3. Telephonic and livechat requests are not valid means for logging of cancellation requests.
- 1.4. Failure to use your account and/or moving your services to another provider does NOT constitute a cancellation of services.
- 1.5. If you cancel prior to the end of your payment term and you received special pre-pay rates, your hosting fees will be adjusted so that you pay the regular, non-discounted monthly fees. Discount only applies for full periods.
- 1.6. Account cancellations must be submitted 7 days before next date of recurring charges.
- 1.7. Any domain name registration cancellations will result in a transfer of ownership of that domain to AllWorldIT.
2. Money-back Guarantee
On some products and services a 30-day money-back guarantee is offered. This means that if you are not satisfied with these products or services, you can log a ticket to our sales department in the customer portal/helpdesk, or email us at sales@allworldit.com and receive a full refund for your product or service within 14 days.
- 2.1. If account suspension or termination is caused due to customer's violation of the Terms of Service agreement, the money-back guarantee will be forfeit and NO refund will be disbursed.
- 2.2. All domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates and software-related fees are final, do not include any money-back guarantee and will be subject to a fee that is calculated on the basis of the actual NON-PROMOTIONAL annual price of the purchased domain's TLD, multiplied by the number of years of registration or transfer.
- 2.3. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
- 2.4. Once a refund is issued, normal circumstances allow 2 billing cycles for refund to show on your credit card statement.
3. Refund Policy:
3.1. The following methods of payments are not refundable and any refunds will be posted as credit to the account:
- 3.1.1. Bank Wire Transfers.
- 3.1.2. Cheques.
- 3.1.3. Money Orders.
- 3.1.4. Paypal Overpayments (including subscriptions)
3.2. All dedicated servers, administration fees, installation charges, domain registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates and software-related fees are not refundable.
3.3. Violation of our Terms Of Service will waive the right to claim for a refund.
3.4. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.
3.5. Once a refund is issued, normal circumstances allow 2 billing cycles for refund to show on your credit card statement.
3.6. Late payment fees are non-refundable.
